Brett Brown

Brett Brown serves as Security Manager for DPI Security’s Eugene Area operations, overseeing security personnel, client relationships, contract performance, scheduling, and day-to-day operations throughout the region. Since joining DPI Security in July 2024 as a Security Officer, Brett has advanced through a series of leadership positions including Lead Officer, Security Assistant Manager, and DPI Staffing Recruiter before assuming his current role. Today, he leads a team of approximately 75 to 85 security officers serving more than 20 client locations across the Eugene area.

With more than 10 years of experience in the security industry, Brett‘s professional background is rooted in asset protection and loss prevention. His areas of expertise include investigations and interviews, shrink reduction, profit and loss protection, access control, regulatory compliance and employee training. During his tenure as Security Assistant Manager, he played a key role in improving employee retention and reducing turnover by helping foster a strong team culture focused on accountability, professionalism and employee engagement. His experience working with DPI Staffing provided valuable insight into recruiting and workforce development, knowledge he continues to apply in building and supporting high-performing security teams.

Outside of work, Brett enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the outdoors throughout the Pacific Northwest. Whether camping, biking, or enjoying other outdoor activities, he values opportunities to stay active and connected with the community he serves.
