With over 14 years of experience in law enforcement and security, Brenon brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the Eugene security team. His career began with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), where he served for five years, progressing from a Transportation Security Officer to a Lead Security Officer, and then to a Supervisory Security Officer. Following his tenure at TSA, he dedicated nine years to serving as a police officer.
Throughout his career, Brenon has consistently demonstrated excellence in interpersonal relationships, coaching, and mentoring. He is skilled in interview techniques, tactical communication, trauma-informed policing, conflict management, crisis intervention, and threat detection and response. His passion for excellence, innovation, and process improvement has been a driving force in his professional journey.
