DPI Security is proud to partner with nonprofit organizations around the state of Oregon to provide employment opportunities for individuals with barriers to employment, such as people with disabilities, veterans and those who have experienced homelessness.
Here’s a great example: Cedric Graves, a veteran of the US Army and resident of Portland, Oregon, had long worked in trucking, but during the COVID-19 pandemic he lost his job and became homeless. The Veteran’s Association referred Cedric to Easterseals Oregon, who helped him find housing, gain his Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST) certification and be hired on as a Security Officer by DPI Security.
