Larry Welty has been promoted to President of DPI Security.
Larry joined DPI Security in 2009 as Security Supervisor in Salem, and quickly rose up through the ranks to manage DPI Security’s operations in Salem and Eugene, then throughout the state.
Larry spent 26 years in law enforcement. The majority of his career was in the Criminal Division/Drug Enforcement Section; at the time of his retirement, he was Acting Commander of the Drug Enforcement Section responsible for all operations in the state. During his career, he conducted hundreds of criminal investigations of major narcotics organizations in the United States and Mexico. Larry has completed thousands of hours of training in intelligence gathering and security operations.
Today, DPI Security has offices in Portland, Salem and Eugene, Oregon, and holds contracts with businesses and government agencies around the state.
